Concentrated Laundry Soap

The kit contains a bar of our old-fashioned Lye soap and a mixture of Sodium Borate, Sodium Bicarbonate and Sodium Carbonate.

How to use your Concentrated Laundry Kit~

• Add your Oma's Favorite Laundry Soap powder to a large saucepan with 4 cups of hot water. Stir over medium-low heat until soap dissolves and is melted.
• Fill a 5 gallon pail half full of hot water. Add the melted mixture; stir well until all powder is blended.
  Top the pail up with more hot water.
• Cover and allow soap to sit overnight.
• Stir soap before each use (will gel).
• Top Loader: use 1/4 cup per load,
• Front Loader/High Efficiency: use 1/8 cup per load.

This one kit will makes between 320 - 640 washloads!

 NOTE: This is a low/no suds washing soap. Remember, suds and bubbles in commercial detergents are created by chemicals added to the mix.

Remember: All that Bubbles is not Soap!
